Briefing
The first step and building blocks of the project. Depending on your requirements we either start with an design brainstorming session, or sit with you and work through a series of briefing questions to explore and create the design perameters for the project. At this stage we then collect and collate this data to form the basis of the space planning and the aesthetic look and feel.
Details
This is the technical details and production information stage of the project. We will work closely with the main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the agreed design scheme are fully co-ordinated and that all the final junction details and setting out are ready for the start on site.
Concept
Once we have established the brief we move into the exciting Design Stage, we are passionate about detail and providing our clients with original and memorable interiors. Implementing clever design solutions to enhance your project, looking at circulation though teh space and analyzing the best fit for each area. These can be presented through mood boards, elevations, visuals, furniture and finishes ideas.
Construction
At this stage the designs start to really come to life. Transforming the 2D drawings into a realised 3D space on site. We will track all aspects of the build process and quality, to ensure that our vision is completely delivered down to the fine detail, which we love. A calm and practical approach is applied to every site challenge.
Development
This is the phase of the project, where the concept is developed into detail drawings. The professional team can get a closer idea of the outline budget for the project in line with our design ideas. All details are presented back to our clients and specific finish samples presented and agreed. Eagle & Webb to provide full support to the team to allow the project to be tendered.
Finishing
We like to work with our clients on the finishing touches or dressing the space by using artwork, accessories and equiuptment. This brief is defined client by client, according to their requirements. We see this as a vital part to ensure that the final finished space is personal and bespoke to your individual or your business requirements.
